Purchased by FilmFour ("The Crying Game"/"Room With A View") when Tina Brown first recognized the significance of the story (in 2001), the film rights reverted back to Tod, with the London based film company went into financial reorganization.

Spearheaded by Rowland Perkins (cofounder of CAA (Creative Artists Agency) the film's potential was immediately received following FRAMED's UK release (Mainstream Publishing 2002). Mainstream, an Edinburgh, London based independent also published 'Braveheart', 'Catch Me If You Can' among other sensational best sellers.

A dramatic television series is also being developed by Kenneth Chasser and Tod Volpe (executive producers).
